Juma'art Return & Exchange Policy

At Juma'art, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

1. Return and Exchange Timeframes

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of purchase or delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, with all original tags attached.

  • Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • We offer refunds and exchanges, which can be processed through Juma'art’s official return process.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If Juma'art has sent an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For items returned due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Initiating a Return or Refund

  • Use our live chat feature or contact vishankamdar@gmail.com to begin the return or refund process.

  • Our team will assist in arranging returns or exchanges through a branch or by post.

6. Processing Time

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed within 2 weeks after the item is received and inspected.
